It is important that every school day is one of enrichment and enjoyment. Students are therefore encouraged to enjoy and participate in a healthy balance of extra-curricular activities.
The School has a long history of outstanding achievement in Drama, Music and Physical Education and there are numerous clubs and activities that reflect student interests and take full advantage of staff skills and areas of expertise.
In addition, there is a wide range of timetabled sports activities, lunchtime and after school clubs where students of all abilities can receive further coaching. There are also plenty of opportunities for competitive sport via inter-house, inter-school competitions, county events and Rotary competitions. Links with local sports associations and partner primary schools are extremely strong.
